About Project

Stanford Property Acted as the Project Director for a substantial 12 acre rural property rezoned  property in the emerging suburb of Spring Farm near the regional growth centre of  Camden NSW an hour from Sydney CBD.
 
Stanford Property initially identified the site on behalf of Unilux Pty Ltd and was able to assist with a syndicate of investors to develop a total of 92 lots over five stages from 2016 to 2024.The land is located along Springs Road directly opposite the Spring Farm Primary School. We appointed JK Williams as prime civil contractors and Premise as Engineers, Surveyors and Town Planners.

Lots

Spring Farm Estate 

Various sizes of lots available in Spring Farm Estate. Ranges from 390 sqm to generous 556 sqm.

The final Linen Plan for stages 5 and 6a have been submitted to Camden Council.

Location

During the construction and development new roads were master planned and constructed to form Arena Street, Hark Way and other paved roads as well as the onsite creation of a park and playcentre.

Lots were developed from 360 square metres to 600 square metres.


The lots were eagerly sought by the market upon each release and most of the lots are now built upon with typically 3,4 and 5 bedroom houses. 
Stanford Property appointed all consultants and contractors and engaged with Sydney Water, endeavour Energy, NBN , Camden Council and all the regulatory authorities.

Whats's New

Moving in to SPRING FARM ESTATE

 

Construction of family houses on our estate is in many places successfully completed and on other lots, projects are on the way. 

A number of families have moved in and the newly build part of Spring Farm suburb is being established.

The latest aerial map of Spring Farm shows all finalised work on the site. 

Major works on site completed!

 

The site works have reached a great milestone by finishing all earthworks and roads and services have been finished completely. 

Curbs and gutters are on the place along a newly asphalted road shaping up the subdivision into its final layout. 

The finishes include streetscaping with trees and new turf and street lights.

The site is now ready for final two stages of development. 

Springs Road first shopping center

 

New local shopping center is now open in Spring Farm. It features of a Woolworths supermarket, seven specialty shops, BWS bottle shop and parking for more than 250 cars. 
The center is conveniently located on Springs Road which links into Camden Bypassand Richardson Road.

The connection between Macarthur Road and Springs Road was open in the first half of June. This new connection not only allows an easy access to Spring Farm Estate but also makes the school pick up more comfortable.

Public School

 

A brand new public school started operating

at Spring Farm last week. This beautiful school includes 18 Classrooms, 4 Special Education Classrooms, 2 Special Rooms, Administration Building, Library, Communal Hall and Covered Outdoor Learning Areas.

It provides closer access to education for local children within one of the largest suburban redevelopment area in Sydney.
