About David
David has over 25 years of experience in the property industry. He is a graduate of the Australian National University and worked extensively in stockbroking and corporate finance for six years before moving into commercial and corporate real estate with a particular focus on the development and marketing of property, particularly in commercial office and mixed-use developments.
David has worked extensively in the Sydney City and surrounding district cities of Sydney as a developer and development consultant and project director.
In the last decade, David has had a particular focus on residential and commercial land sub-divisions in the Greater metropolitan area as well as the Australian Capital Territory.
David acts as chief strategic property adviser for three Local Aboriginal Land Councils in NSW which include the largest private land ownership land banks in the Sydney Metropolitan area as well as the NSW central coast and the Tweed Byron area of the North Coast of New South Wales.
David has significant experience in all aspects of property, master planning and development.
David has a strong knowledge of financial structures and joint venture partnerships.
He has a particular interest in green energy, sustainability and biodiversity outcomes.
